Building upon the 50 years polyurethane processing machines, Trico is proud to introduce the MKXX. The MKXX Hydrospenser takes processing to a level the industry has come to expect and deserve. Incorporating the latest in machine control technology, the MKXX uses servomotors and a touchscreen HMI to control the complete system. Even the need for a PLC has been eliminated, as the MKXX utilizes a stable software program to operate. Recipes can be stored in the machine memory and ratios changed in a matter of seconds. This machine will process reactive materials high and low in viscosity, with long or very short pot life. This includes resins filled with solids as abrasive as silicon carbide.
The MKXX is approximately five feet wide and six feet high and can be equipped to process five primary heated components and up to six colors. This versatile design enables you to use the MKXX to process multiple resins and curatives, changing between formulations many times a day by just a touch of the screen. Along with Trico's line of Degassers, Tanks, Melters, or even your companies existing vessels, the capabilities are almost endless

MKXV FEATURES
• Pump sizes from .132cc (approx. .05lbs) to 100cc (approx. 44 lbs) per minute at 200 RPM.
• Pumps are easily removable for cleaning and can be interchanged to alter throughputs.
• Available pumps can process resins filled with friction modifiers such as rubber particles, silicon carbide etc.
• Temperature range from ambient to 150 deg. C.
• 1-3/4 HP 20,000 RPM mixer motor with variable speed control.
• Pump differential pressure sensors to monitor inlet and discharge conditions. Pressure limits can be set to cause immediate machine shutdown.
• 1HP individual brushless servomotors for each pump.
• Maintenance free sealed gear reducers.
• Vacuum pump for tanks and degassers can be provided with a wide CFM range and digital controls.
• Durable easy to clean 6061-T6 aluminum frame components.
• TPS heated material transfer lines utilize a teflon tube with stainless steel mesh overbraid and can be provided in any length.
• Purge system completely flushes mixer with less than 1/2 cup solvent.
• 5 main components and up to 6 colors.
