The Continuous Slinger Degasser virtually eliminates all the problems associated with heating, cooling and reheating moisture and temperature-sensitive resins. Its unique design incorporates a low-maintenance gear pump along with a high-efficiency slinging disc. It works by continuously exposing a thin, mobile film of liquid to an adequate vacuum. Heaters reduce viscosity while simultaneously eliminating gases and/or water by vaporization.
